Heat oven to 400ºF. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.

In shallow dish, mash beans with fork. Spread 1 tablespoon beans in center of each tortilla. Top each with 3 slices pepperoni. Divide cheese evenly among tortillas.

Roll tortillas burrito-style (fold sides over before rolling from bottom to top); secure each with wooden pick. Place rollups seam-side-down on baking sheet. Cover loosely with aluminum foil; bake 12 minutes or until hot but not dried out. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before cutting in half diagonally.
