  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 8 slices Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar Peloponnese® Roasted Red Peppers Whole, drained
  • 20 slices Hormel® Pillow Pack® 6 oz Turkey Pepperoni

    Heat broiler.

    Slice bread in half lengthwise. Layer bottom half of bread with cheese, roasted peppers and pepperoni. Place both bread halves, cut-side-up, on baking sheet.

    Broil sandwiches until cheese is melted, filling is hot and bread is toasted. Cover filling with top halves of bread; slice sandwich into quarters.
