  • 1 (1-pound) loaf Italian bread, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 (3.5-ounce) package Hormel® Pepperoni, cut into quarters
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

    Heat oven to 400ºF.

    Place bread on baking sheet; bake 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.

    In bowl, mix pepperoni, tomatoes and cheeses. Spread mixture over cut sides of bread to within 1/4 inch of edges. Bake 5 minutes or until hot. Cut each bread half into 12 slices.
