  • 2 (9-ounce) packages refrigerated hot red pepper and/or cheese tortellini
  • 4 cups assorted sliced fresh vegetables (such as bell pepper, broccoli, onion and mushrooms)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (3.5-ounce) package Hormel® Pepperoni Hot & Spicy
  • 1 1/4 cups House of Tsang® Imperial Citrus™ Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1/2 cup toasted cashews

    Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain.

    In wok or large skillet, stir-fry vegetables in oil 3 to 5 minutes or until crisply-tender. Add tortellini, pepperoni and stir-fry sauce; toss to coat. Cook until heated thoroughly. Sprinkle with cashews. Serve immediately.
