Heat oven to 375°F. Grease large baking sheet.

Unroll dough; place on baking sheet. Starting at center, press out dough with hands to form 12x10-inch rectangle. Spread pizza sauce over dough to within 1 inch of edges. Sprinkle with pepperoni and cheese, reserving 1 tablespoon cheese.

Starting with long side, roll up dough; press edges and ends to seal. Place seam-side-down on baking sheet. Brush top with butter.

In bowl, mix reserved 1 tablespoon cheese and the parsley flakes; sprinkle over dough.

Bake pizza bread 18 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional warm pizza sauce, if desired.
