  • 1 (3.5-ounce) package Hormel® Pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
  • 8 fajita-size flour tortillas
Instructions

    Sprinkle pepperoni and cheese evenly over 4 tortillas. Cover with remaining tortillas.

    In lightly oiled large skillet, cook 1 tortilla stack over medium heat 2 minutes. Turn over; cook 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining stacks.

    Cut quesadillas into wedges.

Notes:

  1. Serve these quesadillas with sour cream and CHI-CHI’S® salsa.
