  • 1 pint egg substitute
  • 2 cups Hormel® Pillow Pack® Pepperoni, coarsely chopped
  • 1 (8-inch) frozen ready-to-bake pie crust
Instructions

    Heat oven to 375ºF.

    In bowl, mix egg substitute and pepperoni. Pour into pie crust.

    Place quiche on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until filling is firm but still slightly soft in middle. Cool slightly before slicing.
