Heat oven to 400ºF. Coat 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In bowl, stir together pepperoni, ricotta cheese and 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

Fill each pasta shell with scant teaspoon cheese mixture. Place cheese-side-up in baking dish. Cover with pasta sauce; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
