  • 1 (8-ounce) package Hormel® Pillow Pack® 6 oz Turkey Pepperoni
  • 8 slices whole wheat or rye bread
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened

    Divide pepperoni evenly among 4 slices bread; top each with 1/2 cup cheese. Cover with remaining 4 slices bread.

    Heat large griddle over medium-high heat (375ºF.).

    Meanwhile, spread top of each sandwich with butter. Place sandwiches butter-side-down on hot griddle. Spread butter on top of each sandwich. Reduce heat to medium (300ºF.).

    Brown bottom of sandwiches 2 to 3 minutes; turn sandwiches to brown other side until cheese is melted. Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles.
