Cut pita bread in half; gently open each half or slice buns in half. Spread inside of each pita half or bun with mustard.

Layer 1/4 each of ham, cheese and sprouts in each pita bread half or on each bun half. Place each sandwich on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 30 to 45 seconds or until cheese is slightly melted.
