  • 1 (24-ounce) package Hormel® Always Tender® Boneless Center Cut Chop- Thick
  • 3 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Grill or broil pork chops until internal temperature reaches 155°F. to 160°F.

    Meanwhile, in large saucepan, combine potatoes and garlic; cover with water. Cook over medium-high heat 20 minutes or until tender; drain.

    With potato masher, mash potatoes until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; stir with fork until smooth. Serve mashed potatoes with pork chops.
