Grill or broil pork chops until internal temperature reaches 155°F. to 160°F.

Meanwhile, in large saucepan, combine potatoes and garlic; cover with water. Cook over medium-high heat 20 minutes or until tender; drain.

With potato masher, mash potatoes until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; stir with fork until smooth. Serve mashed potatoes with pork chops.
