Cut pork tenderloin into very thin slices.

In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook until browned on all sides. Sprinkle pork with spice mix; cook 10 minutes. Add small amount of water if necessary.

Divide pork slices evenly among warm tortillas. Add desired condiments. Fold tortillas burrito-style by folding sides toward center, then rolling tortillas from bottom to top.
