  • 1 package Hormel® Always Tender® Peppercorn Flavored Pork Tenderloin
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Southwest-style spice mix
  • 6 CHI-CHI'S® (10-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas, heated

    Cut pork tenderloin into very thin slices.

    In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook until browned on all sides. Sprinkle pork with spice mix; cook 10 minutes. Add small amount of water if necessary.

    Divide pork slices evenly among warm tortillas. Add desired condiments. Fold tortillas burrito-style by folding sides toward center, then rolling tortillas from bottom to top.
