Rinse and dry pork loin; cut into 1-inch-thick medallions.

In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat until foamy. Add pork medallions. Cook 2 minutes; turn medallions over. Reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 6 minutes longer or until barely cooked through.

Meanwhile, prepare Hollandaise sauce according to package directions.

Divide pork medallions evenly among 4 plates. Top each evenly with asparagus and Hollandaise sauce.
