  • 1 (9-ounce) package frozen asparagus spears
  • 1 package Hormel® Always Tender® Original Center Cut Pork Loin Filet
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (1.25-ounce) package Hollandaise sauce mix
Instructions

    Microwave asparagus according to package directions.

    Rinse and dry pork loin; cut into 1-inch-thick medallions.

    In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat until foamy. Add pork medallions. Cook 2 minutes; turn medallions over. Reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 6 minutes longer or until barely cooked through.

    Meanwhile, prepare Hollandaise sauce according to package directions.

    Divide pork medallions evenly among 4 plates. Top each evenly with asparagus and Hollandaise sauce.
