  • 2 cans Hormel® Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained and flaked
  • 2/3 cup CHI-CHI'S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium 24 oz
  • 2/3 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 8 CHI-CHI'S® (10-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas
Instructions

    In small bowl, toss together chicken, salsa, cheese and onions. Divide mixture evenly among 4 tortillas. Cover with remaining tortillas.

    In large skillet, heat 1 tortilla stack over medium heat. Cook 2 minutes. Turn; cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining tortilla stacks.

    Serve quesadillas with sour cream or salsa, if desired.
