  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup shredded co-Jack cheese
  • 1 (2.1-ounce) package Hormel® Fully Cooked Bacon, crumbled
  • 4 CHI-CHI'S® (10-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas

    In large skillet, melt butter. Add eggs; cook and stir until soft scrambled. Stir in cheese and bacon.

    Meanwhile, wrap tortillas in plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 30 to 60 seconds or until heated thoroughly.

    Spoon egg mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll up; serve immediately with salsa and sour cream, if desired.
