  • 1 (6-ounce) package long-grain and wild rice mix
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 small onion, chopped or 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 (5-ounce) cans Hormel® Chunk Turkey, drained and flaked
Instructions

    In 2-quart saucepan, cook rice according to package directions.

    Just before rice is done, in 12-inch skillet, cook broccoli, carrots, celery, onion and garlic in oil until tender.

    When rice is done, stir vegetables and turkey into saucepan. Cook until heated thoroughly.
