Fill large pot three-fourths full of water. Heat over high heat. Add penne; cook according to package directions. Drain, shaking off excess water but do not rinse.

Meanwhile, coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Add frozen vegetables; cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.

Microwave chicken according to package directions.

In pasta pot, combine penne, chicken with sauce and vegetables. Quickly toss. Stir in cheese. Serve hot.
