  • 1 cup CHI-CHI'S® 16 oz Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium, divided
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 7 1/2 ounces tortilla chips
  • 1 (5-ounce) can Hormel® Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

    Heat broiler.

    In small bowl, stir together 3/4 cup salsa and the sour cream.

    On baking sheet, layer chips, salsa mixture, chicken and cheese. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Spoon remaining 1/4 cup salsa over cheese.
