Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, cook spaghetti sauce and pepperoni over medium-low heat until very hot but not boiling.

Divide spaghetti evenly among 4 dinner plates. Top each portion with sauce; sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon cheese. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
