Prepare grill for medium-high heat.

Grill beef, turning frequently, 15 to 20 minutes. Add onions and bell peppers. Grill, turning occasionally, 10 minutes longer or until internal temperature of beef reaches 155°F. Transfer beef and vegetables to warm serving platter.

Thinly slice beef. Cut bell peppers into strips. Serve beef, bell peppers and onions wrapped in warm tortillas with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cilantro and squeeze of lime juice.
