In recloseable plastic food storage bag, combine pork, dressing, red pepper flakes and fennel seeds. Seal bag; refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.

Preheat grill for medium heat or heat broiler.

Onto 24 (6-inch) wooden skewers, thread pork, bell peppers and onion. Discard marinade. Grill or broil kabobs 5 inches from heat source 5 minutes on each side.
