  • 8 pounds Hormel® Cure 81® Sliced Ham
  • 1 cup Bufalo® Especial Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup tequila

    Heat oven to 375°F.

    Remove ham from bag; let stand at room temperature about 5 minutes. Remove excess liquid from ham.

    In medium saucepan, cook remaining ingredients, stirring occasionally, until heated thoroughly. Cover entire ham with warm glaze.

    Bake ham 15 to 20 minutes per pound or until internal teperature reaches 160°F.
