  • 1 (17-ounce) package Hormel® Family Pack Meatloaf With Tomato Sauce Entree
  • 4 slices Texas toast
  • 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced sweet onion
  • 1 small tomato, thinly sliced

    Prepare meat loaf according to package directions.

    Meanwhile, toast bread. Spread each slice toast with horseradish. Top each of 2 slices toast with 1/2 cup lettuce.

    Cut meat loaf into 6 slices; place 3 slices on each sandwich. Top evenly with onion and tomato. Cover with remaining slices toast.
