Prepare grill for high heat.

Sprinkle both sides of steak with bouillon. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Transfer steak to platter; cover with aluminum foil. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing thinly.

Meanwhile, in salad bowl, combine cabbage, onions and cilantro.

In small bowl, whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, oil, sugar and red pepper flakes. Pour dressing over salad; toss to combine. Top with sliced steak. Sprinkle with peanuts.
