  • 2 tablespoons House of Tsang® Wok Oil
  • 5 1/2 cups bite-size pieces assorted vegetables such as broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms and carrots
  • 1 (16-ounce) package Hormel® Roasted Chicken Breast Entree, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 3/4 cup House of Tsang® Bangkok Padang™ Peanut Sauce
  • 3/4 cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts
  • Hot, cooked rice
  • Chopped fresh cilantro, if desired

    In wok or large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, 4 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisply-tender and chicken is no longer pink.

    Stir peanut sauce into wok. Cook and stir until heated thoroughly. Serve over hot rice. Sprinkle with peanuts and cilantro.
