  • 1 (5.45-ounce) package Marrakesh Express® Couscous Wild Mushroom
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 (5-ounce) cans Hormel® Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained and flaked
  • 1 (16-ounce) can red beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15-ounce) can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup Peloponnese® Kalamata Pitted Olives, cut in half
Instructions

    Cook couscous according to package directions.

    In small bowl, whisk together dressing and mustard.

    In serving bowl, toss together couscous, dressing mixture and remaining ingredients. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour. Stir before serving.
