Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly coat 8-inch deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray.

Cut turkey slices into bite-size pieces. Place turkey and gravy in bowl.

In colander, rinse frozen vegetables under hot water until vegetables break apart. Shake to remove excess water; add vegetables to turkey.

Transfer turkey mixture to pie plate; cover with pie crust. With tip of knife, cut 4 slits in middle of crust. Roll crust edge under pie plate; pinch pie edge between thumb and forefinger all around pie.

Bake pie 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and turkey mixture is steaming hot.
