  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 cup Hormel® Cure 81® Sliced Ham, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup wild rice, cooked
  • 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

    Heat oven to 450°F.

    Prepare pie crust according to package directions using 9-inch pie pan. Do not prick crust. Bake 9 minutes or until very lightly browned.

    Reduce oven temperature to 400°F.

    In bowl, combine ham, wild rice, bell pepper, onions and mushrooms.

    In small bowl, beat eggs. Stir in sour cream, mustard and black pepper.

    Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over pie crust. Spread ham mixture over cheese. Pour egg mixture over ham. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese.

    Bake wild rice mixture 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes; cut into wedges to serve.
