  • 1 pound Hormel® Always Tender® Teriyaki Flavored Pork Tenderloin
  • 4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 4 cups shredded napa cabbage
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced (about 1 cup)
  • 2 cups snow peas
  • 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 3/4 cup House of Tsang® Imperial Citrus™ Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup chow mein noodles
Instructions

    Prepare pork tenderloin according to package directions.

    In large bowl, combine lettuce, cabbage, onions, snow peas and mandarin oranges; toss to mix.

    To make dressing, in small bowl, combine stir-fry sauce and red pepper flakes; mix well.

    Slice pork tenderloin; arrange over lettuce mixture. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
