Toast English muffins. Spread with butter, if desired.

Poach eggs to desired doneness.

Top 4 English muffin halves each with 1 slice ham, 1 egg, 1 ounce cheese, 1/4 of sliced garlic and dusting curry powder. Season with salt and pepper. Top with remaining muffin halves.

If you prefer cheese completely melted, warm muffins in microwave on LOW about 1 minute.
