Heat oven to 425°F. Coat 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Wash asparagus; break off tough ends where stalks snap easily. In bowl, toss together asparagus and oil. Spread in baking pan. Roast 15 minutes or until asparagus is crisply-tender.

Meanwhile, cook bacon according to package directions; drain on paper towels. Crumble when cool. Sprinkle bacon over asparagus.
