  • 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 1 (5-ounce) can Hormel® Chunk Ham, drained and flaked
  • 2 tablespoons chopped water chestnuts
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed
  • 3 slices Black Label® Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped pecans
Instructions

    In bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add sour cream and sherry. Beat until smooth. Stir in ham, water chestnuts, onion and dillweed. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.

    Stir bacon and pecans into cream cheese mixture. Serve with Melba toast, if desired.
