  • 2 (11.5-ounce) cans refrigerated cornbread twist dough
  • 1 cup CHI-CHI'S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Mild
  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups shredded co-Jack cheese
  • 1 cup Hormel® Pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • Sour cream

    Heat oven to 375°F.

    Unroll dough; press into 15x10-inch rimmed baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.

    In bowl, combine salsa and beans; mix well. Spread over crust. Top with cheese, pepperoni and onions. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with sour cream.
