  • 2 pounds Hormel® Always Tender® Roast Flavored Pork, cut into small cubes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (4.25-ounce) can CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies
  • 1 (2.5-ounce) package CHI-CHI'S® Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 8 fajita-size flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded co-Jack cheese
Instructions

    In slow cooker, combine pork, onion, chilies, taco seasoning, water and brown sugar; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW setting 6 to 7 hours or until pork is very tender.

    With two forks, lightly shred pork. With slotted spoon, divide pork mixture evenly among tortillas. Top with cheese and favorite toppings as desired.
