  • 2 (5-ounce) cans Hormel® Chunk Turkey, drained and flaked
  • 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (8-ounce) jar CHI-CHI'S® 16 oz Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium
Instructions

    In small bowl, combine turkey, cheese and onions; mix well. Divide turkey mixture evenly between 2 tortillas. Cover with remaining tortillas.

    In skillet, cook 1 tortilla stack, turning once, 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining tortilla stack. Cut into wedges. Serve with salsa.
