In small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat. Add flour; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes longer or until mixture boils and thickens. Cool.

In large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Crumble when cool.

In same skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat until rich golden brown; drain on paper towels. Crumble when cool.

In same skillet, melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Add eggs; cook and stir until soft scrambled. Cool.

In bowl, combine cooled white sauce and eggs; mix well. Spoon onto pizza shell. Top with bacon, sausage, mushrooms and cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with salsa, if desired.
