  • 2 pounds frozen hashbrown potatoes
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of potato soup
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (2-ounce) jar Hormel® Real Bacon Pieces
  • Paprika

    Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 1 1/2- to 2-quart baking dish.

    In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except paprika; mix well. Spoon mixture into baking dish.

    Bake hashbrowns, stirring once, 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with paprika.
