  • 8 slices Hormel® Fully Cooked Bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pint refrigerated egg product
  • 8 ounces linguine, cooked, drained but not rinsed

    Butter or spray 8x8- or 9x9-inch baking dish.

    In baking dish, mix bacon, cheese and egg product. Add hot linguine; stir to coat. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.

    Microwave carbonara on MEDIUM-HIGH (75%) 8 to 12 minutes or until eggs are set. Cool before serving.
