  • 6 cups spring greens salad mixture
  • 3/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 (2.1-ounce) package Hormel® Fully Cooked Bacon, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into bite-size pieces

    In serving bowl, toss together salad mixture and vinaigrette.

    On microwave-safe plate, microwave bacon on HIGH (100%) 30 seconds or until crisp.

    Add warm bacon, 3/4 of cheese and the apples to salad mixture; toss. Divide salad evenly among 4 plates; top with remaining cheese.
