  • 1 package Little Sizzlers® Sausage Links
  • 1 cup baking mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup finely chopped peeled apple (about 1 medium)

    Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 10-inch pie plate.

    Cook sausage links according to package directions; drain.

    In large bowl, stir together remaining ingredients except apple until blended. Stir in apple. Spread mixture in pie plate. Arrange sausage links in spoke fashion on batter.

    Bake pancake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup, if desired.
