Remove plastic film covering beef roast au jus tray.

Add artichokes to roast beef tray, but do not mix. Cover loosely with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 4 minutes.

Microwave mashed potatoes according to package directions.

On serving platter, surround beef with artichokes. Place potatoes at other end of platter; dot with butter. Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives, if desired. Drizzle with au jus or serve on the side.
