In small bowl, stir together cream cheese, blue cheese, yogurt and onion.

Rub steaks with garlic; place on broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat source, turning once, 10 to 16 minutes for medium-rare to medium or until desired doneness. One to 2 minutes before steaks are done, top evenly with cheese mixture.

Season steaks with salt; sprinkle with parsley.
