  • 1 (24-ounce) package refrigerated sour cream & chive mashed potatoes
  • 1 (8-ounce) package low-fat cream cheese, room temperature and diced
  • 1 (17-ounce) package Hormel® Family Pack Beef Tips With Gravy Entree
Instructions

    In microwave-safe casserole, mix mashed potatoes and cream cheese. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (75%) 5 minutes. Stir thoroughly. Microwave 5 minutes longer or until potatoes are very hot; cover to keep hot.

    Prepare beef tips with gravy according to package directions.

    Serve dishes family-style with sprinkle of chopped fresh parsley on potatoes, if desired.
