In 13x9-inch baking pan, arrange 6 slices French toast.

In bowl, beat together eggs, cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Spread 1/2 of cream cheese mixture over French toast in baking pan. Top with pie filling; sprinkle with sausage. Arrange remaining 6 slices French toast over sausage. Spread with remaining cream cheese mixture.

Bake sandwiches 25 to 30 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is set. Let stand 5 minutes.
