On each of two large paper plates, place flour and crushed crackers. In shallow dish, place eggs.

In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.

Quickly coat each pork chop with flour, then egg and finally cracker crumbs; place in hot skillet. Cook until browned; turn pork chops over. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 15 minutes or until pork chops are done; turn over again. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until breading is crisp.
