  • 1/2 (17.5-ounce) package frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 (8-ounce) package sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 (5-ounce) jar Hormel® Sliced Dried Beef, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 4 Little Sizzlers® Sausage Links, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Hormel® Real Bacon Bits
  • 2 tablespoons dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
Instructions

    Heat oven to 425ºF.

    On lightly floured surface, roll puff pastry to 15x10-inch rectangle; place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan, pressing pastry up sides. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.

    In bowl, stir together remaining ingredients; pour over pastry. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Cool slightly; cut into bars. Serve warm.
