  • 2 1/4 cups baking mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 (10-ounce) package Little Sizzlers® Sausage Patties
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices processed American cheese

    Heat oven to 450°F.

    In bowl, stir together baking mix and milk until soft dough forms. Turn dough onto surface dusted with baking mix; knead 10 times. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut 6 rounds from dough with 3-inch cutter dipped in baking mix. Place on baking sheet.

    Bake biscuits 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

    Cook sausage patties according to package directions; drain.

    In skillet, fry eggs until whites and yolks are firm.

    Split biscuits; place 1 slice cheese, 1 sausage patty and 1 egg between biscuit halves to make 6 sandwiches. Bake sandwiches 2 minutes or until cheese is melted, if desired.
