In bottom of 9x9-inch baking dish, spread hash evenly.

In medium bowl, combine soup, broccoli and 1 cup cheese; mix well. Spoon over hash.

In small bowl, combine bread cubes and butter; mix well. Sprinkle over soup mixture. Sprinkle with caraway seeds.

Bake casserole 40 to 50 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
