Heat oven to 425°F. Grease 13x9-inch baking pan.

Cook sausage links and bacon according to package directions; drain.

In bowl, stir together baking mix and hot water. Gently press mixture onto bottom and slightly up sides of pan.

In large bowl, beat together eggs and sour cream. Stir in cheese, chives, oregano, salt and cayenne. Add sausage and bacon. Pour over crust.

Bake egg mixture 15 to 20 minutes or until eggs are set. Cool slightly; cut into bars.
