Chicken Salad Sliders
This recipe is recommended for 6 servings
1 (10-ounce) can HORMEL® Premium Chicken Breast, drained
⅓ cup red seedless grapes, cut in half
¼ cup finely sliced celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
2 tablespoons golden raisins
⅓ cup reduced-fat salad dressing
2 tablespoons sliced natural almonds
3 leaves lettuce, torn in half
6 dinner rolls, split
1. In large bowl, combine chicken, grapes, celery, onion, cranberries, raisins and dressing.
2. Stir almonds into chilled chicken mixture.
3. Place lettuce on bottom of each dinner roll. Top evenly with chicken salad. Cover with dinner roll tops.
